Best Three Tournaments of 2012

3. Although it was a bit of a shambles at times (scheduling, weather etc.) the U.S. Open had its fair share of exciting tussles and some decent tennis. Reasonably exciting final too, despite the incessant grinding.
2. Indian Wells. Another exciting tournament, great crowds, fantastic weather, incredible tennis. Remember Dolgopolov v Bagdhatis, Nalbandian v Tsonga, Fed v Nadal...Isner's great run and the tremendous effort he gave in the final...
1. Wimbledon. A vintage year. Nadal v Rosol. Cilic v Querrey. Fed v Djoko. Fed v Benneteau. Big Serena. Errani's crushing. Murray v Baghdatis (late night). Murray v Fed. Murray's tears. Smashing fortnight. It also gives me an opportunity to give you one of my very own Wimbledon photographs.
